112 W Hastings

Mirth friend Giovanni Smaldino (stylist/bon vivant/gad about town) snapped these shots with his iPhone a few days ago during a stroll along West Hastings in Vancouver, BC.

The photos above are of a video installation through the windows of W2 Culture & Media House at 112 W Hastings, dubbed 'Fire With Fire'. The flickering imagery is the work of Montréal-based artist Isabelle Hayeur. The burn-effect must be a thrill in person.
